Because Of You

This was the poem I made during the time when I am nowhere to go. He is the only person who accepted me without complaining of who I am, when the time I needed somebody the most. He took care of me and told me during the difficult times that everything will be okay.

We are completely strangers, we are very, very imperfect, our attitude is very opposite with each other and we are very incompatible. As they say, opposite attract and when it click it will make a strong bond. Though, people including his family expect that our relationship will not stay longer, but their expectation fails because we still hold our promises to the end.

Because of You

When no one else could understand me

When the world is too wide for me to see

When Confusion and depression were attacking me

And self confidence was gone away.

Because of you, I saw myself

I even didn't recognize at first

With your presence, I found it

The real me, Oh so sweet.

Sometimes, I am wondering

The magic moments you bring

The laughter, sadness and even fighting

These brought simple yet complicated beginnings.

Because of you, life becomes meaningful

The world of fear, becomes so beautiful

Surprise and excitement, so full

Because of you, each day, I feel wonderful.
