Then, I decided to use this one, this is Lucy Template from Sora Templates and was distributed by Gooyaabi Templates. It took me almost the whole night and day to figure it out like editing and all stuffs.

My First Glance of Angelo While Inside My Womb

7:54 pm 0 Comments
Modern technology is just so awesome because I had a chance to see my baby while inside my womb. It was not just a regular ultra sound but a 3D scan of my baby.

In this picture, he was then at 35 weeks when I was being monitored every two days in the hospital. I was at a high risk pregnancy because of my age and a history of previous pregnancy complication. My condition in my third and last pregnancy was so difficult, my doctor tried to make my pregnancy to the nearest due date, however the complication went bad.

On August 11, 2013, during my hospital visit, the monitor's progress reports were bad, my baby inside had stopped moving and the heartbeat seemed to be deteriorated. On that day, emergency C-section had done. It was a quite long operation but thanks God after 3 hours my baby was taken out, I heard his first cry but I wasn't able to see him. The brought him to the nursery room for further examination while I remained in the operating room for over 6 hours due to more complications.

Thankfully, we're all safe and sound! Thanks God in heaven...

My Youngest Angelo

Welcome to the world my youngest baby Angelo.

When I started to walk again from giving birth, I slowly walking right through the nursery at the Lasalle Hospital to see my newly born baby. I was excited to see him despite of the difficulty walking doesn't bother me at all.

When I saw him, I was totally hurt because he was in the incubator and have wiring attached. I knew that this could happen because he was a premature baby but still painful in my part that he was suffering.

As I also fight with my roller coaster emotions, I couldn't helped but cried! Even though, my Angelo and I had this experienced, I just have to be thankful to God, that we had survived. Now, he is already a 4-yrs old very healthy boy.

Have a long walk today

Had a long walk today... OMG!!! it's been along time since I had this kind of walk. My friend and I decided to go to Atwater Market today because I want to buy cactus plants.

I brought with us my youngest son, so he can experience to ride a bus and subway. He was so happy, even if he felt so tired but he never sleep. As we ride the train and the bus, he was holding my hands. Every time, I tried to let go., he said "Please mommy don't let me go, I am not scared but I want to hold your hands." He was so cute, he talked non-stop.

The only thing was I forgot to take picture while we're on the bus and metro. I thank to my friend Sarah for accompanying me to my walk today

Taken somewhere at Atwater, one of the park, we had to stopped so he can play and chased the squirrel.

Weather Wheel Chart

2:04 pm 0 Comments
Proudly Present: My very own made Weather Wheel Chart
During my Observation and experimentation midterm class oral presentation, it was optional if you will make your own weather wheel or ready made weather wheel. However, most of the students chose to make our own and showed our creativity.

Traffic Exchange with 1,361,000+ membersPart of our program as an early childhood educator is to be creative, so why not practicing and enhancing our little talents in arts and making crafts as early as possible.

Weather chart is very useful in everyday lives particularly teaching our young children about the weather. It gives the children a concrete ideas of what the weather looks like and feels like. It will also give them basic information on what to wear in every season appropriately.

Giving lessons or mentioning to the children everyday during the circle time will enhance their cognitive skills about the weather.

Spice Birthday Cake

Spice Birthday Cake
This cake is lovingly baked and decorated for my husband who celebrated his 48th birthday and father's day at the same and also our 9th wedding anniversary. He was a plumber and an auto mechanic before he got an accident therefore he has an obsession of different tools.

Now, that he could not work anymore because of his health condition, I tried to make him happy and make him special on this day buy creating tools cake. I really tried my best to make this cake and the tools. However, I forgot to buy a fondant for the tools, what I got was a little piece of fondant left from my previous project. Well, I utilized them even though not good as what I wanted to be but carried already. My husband was happy and thankful. It was my first time baking cake for him though.

Aside from what he wanted for his cake, he also wanted me to use the icing comb for the side. It was my first time using it and I found it a little bit tricky. I added more buttercream on the side so that when I comb the side, the cake is still covered with buttercream. Making this cake took me a lot of time, it was just like trial and error for combing.

The cake was Spice cake filled with fresh strawberries. It was a real yummy cake and that what he really wanted on his special day. the tools were not properly done but the thought and my efforts of making them were the most important for him which made him happy and be thankful for.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADA, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY AND HAPPY 9th Wedding Anniversary... for these three events every year I know that sometimes you forgot to mention our wedding anniversary but for me it was not too important, what matter most is how we strongly survived the difficulties of life together with our dear children.

Anxious for a Big Decision

7:38 am 2 Comments
I rendered my big decision at last...

While I am happy with my recent job as an early childhood educator, my heart still looking and longing for something. One of my biggest dream since childhood is to become a nurse. Every time, I saw somebody wearing their uniform made me jealous. In my head, I want to wear that uniform too and be in the health field.

When I did my stage in Caregiver course and had a chance to be in the hospital, it made me felt so great. I felt "WOW" in myself, I was so proud and happy helping and taking care of the patients in the hospital.

Well, I tried to be in the nursing program way back in 2012 but was cut short for a heavy personal reason. At this time, I registered again for one of the health care field and stop with my recent job.

I am a little bit anxious but at the same time happy. My school will start in October 10 this year.

I have free time for a month at least, relaxing, taking care of my children, cleaning the house and of course writing my blog.

Wish me luck!!!
